An Introduction to the building blocks of a Hatha Yoga practice, includes both Yoga asanas (poses) and pranayamas (breathing exercises.) Class incorporates the foundations with good physical movement.
A solid mixed level Hatha Yoga practice, Yoga asanas (poses), pranayamas (breathing exercises,) with a short guided meditation at the end of the practice.
Strong Intermediate Hatha Yoga practice, with more focus on vinyasa (moving from pose to pose with the breath,) pranayamas (breathing exercises,) with a short guided meditation at the end of the practice
An Introduction to the building blocks of a meditation practice. Includes concentration techniques/pranayamas (breathing exercises,) and a guided meditation.
A meditation for the more seasoned practitioner that includes mantra (chanting,) concentration techniques/pranayamas (breathing exercises,) and a silent meditation.
